Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Pink Flamingo Luxe, every piece is thoughtfully curated or created in limited quantities. Because many of our items are unique, small-batch, or specialty products, our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our customers and our business.

We stand behind the quality of our pieces and are always here to help if something isn’t right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached (if applicable)
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Include clear photo evidence in the case of damage or defect upon delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at pinkflamingoluxe@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages

Refunds & Store Credit

Due to the nature of our unique and limited items:

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only
  • Store credit will be applied once the returned item is received and inspected

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and exclusivity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Hats & headwear (including beanies)
  • Makeup, beauty, or personal care products
  • Mystery gift bags
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory and one-of-a-kind items.

If your return is approved:

  • You may use your store credit to place a new order

Availability is not guaranteed for previously purchased items

If your return is accepted, once your items are received, you will be granted store credit to use in the store.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue and your order number

We will assess the situation and make it right.

 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Approved EU returns will be issued as store credit, in line with our business model.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
