Shipping policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard delivery within Canada: 3–5 business days.
- US orders: 5–10 business days.
- International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.
- If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, email us at pinkflamingoluxe@gmail.com.
- If your order arrives damaged, please review our Return & Refund Policy and contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
Returns & Exchanges

- Once we approve your return request, you may ship the items back to us. Customer pays for return shipping postage.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched and shipped, you will be refunded the full amount to your original payment method.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
International Shipping & Duties
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
